Bang Muay Thai Washington is Washington state’s premier affiliation with the Bas Rutten Inspired Bang Muay Thai striking system. Partnered with Gracie Barra PNW, we have 3 locations to train in Renton, Seattle and Tacoma.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide you with a fun learning experience focused on fundamental striking techniques that are applicable in self defense or competition settings. All martial art journeys are unique to the individual and it is our goal to meet each student where they are at on their journey.

Dojo Etiquette

• SHOW UP - 15 minutes or earlier for class

• BOW - When entering and exiting the mats

• RANKED SHIRT - Wear your ranked shirt or below (New students wear a white or grey t-shirt)

• ASK - Permission to join class if you’re late

• INFORM - Instructor before if you have to leave early

• RESPECT - Your dojo

• HYGIENE - Keep up your personal hygiene

• RESPECT - Instructors, training partners & Dojo staff
